My boyfriend and I are frequent visitors in Phuket. During our recent visit 2 weeks ago, we stayed in Aleenta Resort for the first time. The resort is simply heavenly and divine but it was the impeccable service rendered by your elite staff that made our trip truly memorable. We stayed in the Aleenta Phangnga for eight days at the beginning of February. It was not our first visit to Thailand, it is one of our favourite holiday destinations, but the Aleenta was one of the best hotels we have found. In the comment book in the room we commented that we have found our own little corner of paradise - and that is how it felt during our stay with you. The staff, without exception were wonderful, attentive without being too overpowering. The food was very good, and we enjoyed not having any buffet meals to avoid. The spa was good and made better by the girls there. We look forward to returning, hopefully in the summer during our next vacation.

I wanted to write to you personally to share with you how much I enjoyed staying at the Aleenta resort, Phuket this weekend just gone. The whole concept of the hotel embodies everything I look for when I stay somewhere. I loved the cool, simple, minimalist design, the quirky features and touches (the ipod, the books, the chairs in the deck, the huge pillows and numerous cushions on the bed, the frog as a do not disturb sign, not having to pre-order breakfast the night before), the easy, laid back vibe and particularly the environmental support and work that you are doing with the turtles. We all like a bit of luxury, but it's nice to know that we're also contributing to help the turtles as well.

I loved the food. Your chef worked wonders with the pomelo salad (I havethe recipe, but I doubt very much whether mine will ever match his), the juices in the morning were refreshing and healthy, the pad choi was to die for, and the breakfasts were works of art. I was sorry I didn't get to meet him to thank him personally. I was particularly impressed by Eileen who went out of her way to welcome me, make me feel special and even found some pandanus leaves for me which I love the smell of.

The spa was perfect, just what my soul needed. Khun Gay (spelling?) was wonderful and smoothed out all the kinks in my muscles whilst allowing me to drift off into my own little world. I loved the mezzanine rooms. The bed was divine and the lay out of the villa simplistic but perfect. I will definitely be back, but next time I have to find a man to come with me to share the experience, as the hotel just screams out for romance and indulgence.

I'd like to congratulate you on running such a fine property. My husband and I, along with our 14 month old twin boys, spent 5 nights at your lovely resort last week and we thorougly enjoyed every moment of it. All the staff were extremely kind and caring to the boys, who got spoilt rotten!

We were especially pleased to see the quality of food that was being provided for the boys - freshly steamed vegetables and a whole variety of other foods to cater to their needs. The kitchen team couldn't have been better. Likewise, my husband and I were impressed by Chef Jean's creations. Likewise, Anna ensured that the boys were kept entertained for an entire afternoon so that my husband and I could enjoy some spa treatments.

Special thanks go to practically everyone, but in particular I'd like to thank Khun Porn (Restaurant), Anna & team (Spa), Chef Jean and his kitchen team and Ileen for everything.

We will definitely be returning when time permits.

We were in the Aleenta Resort and Spa in Phang-Nga in the end of February until March 3th in the seaview villa 522. I really have to write you because this was the most outstanding holiday we ever had. The rooms, the beach, the restaurant -everything was perfect!

The staff always looks to read off the desire from the eyes of the guest. The food is outstanding. Particularly the breakfast is somewhat completely special.

Since I led several hotels, it is always a special joy for me, to find a really perfect hotel - and that's what you are. Please keep your principles and keep the way you do your job - because you all do the job with passion, we noticed that. This was our first holiday since 5 years and I really hope, it will not take a long time, until we come back.

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful stay last October at your Pool Villa. Your smiles and your hospitality really brighten us up each and every day of our stay. I really like it when our rooms were lited with scented lamps at night. The little things that you do like drawing down the curtains and preparing our night robes on the bed each night means so much to us and it is really heart-warming. I was expecting the normal "breakfast buffet" usual resorts/hotels would prepare. Instead, I was surprised by the lovely 3-tier rack where the breakfast was placed and served to our table. Breakfast was uniquely special! I love the soft coddled egg! The chief must be applaud for his cullinary skills!

We love the organic shampoo and bath liquid that was provided in the shower. My scalp is very sensitive and is allergic to certain shampoos but it seem to be better during my stay in Aleenta. I would really appreciate if you could tell me the brand of the shampoo and bath gel Aleenta uses.

One last thing I would like to highlight is when we were checking-out to head for our next destination, the counter staff went an extra mile to search and print out the map to guide us how we could drive to Ao Nang Bay in Krabi without having us to request for it. That was a really really touching gesture! The service was excellent beyond words could describe. We will definitely return to Aleenta soon! It was a pity we did not try Aleenta's massage! Thank you all!!

Having just arrived back to Norway from a week's holiday in your beautiful in resort in Phang-nga, I would like to give a comment.

My wife and I have travelled around the world and visited many spa hotels (including Chiwa Som in Hua Hin), but we have yet to find such an excellent combination of price, service, food, peace and quiet as in your resort. We will particularly mention the charming pair Anna and Jan, who met our entire requests quite satisfactory, le Chef Jean Louise, who prepared for us 4-5 gourmet dinners of surprisingly high standards and the invaluable Dao who each day laboured diligently and finally managed to unlock my left shoulder that has pained me for years!

In short: we did not leave the hotel's premises in seven days, everything was "inhouse".

As an editor-in-chief of Norway's largest publishing house, I would love to write an article about you for my high income readers.

Unfortunately my wife and I have decided that we want to keep Aleenta, and especially apartment 104, our special secret until we arrive next time.

The staff at Aleenta is wonderful. Everyone was so eager to please and contributed to such an enjoyable, stress-free visit. Our ocean view loft was stunning, immaculately kept and comfortably secluded.

Recently stayed 2 nights at your hotel in Phuket (would have stayed longer if not for the fact that the hotel was fully booked over the weekend). Just want to let you know that I truly enjoyed my stay at your hotel. I stayed in many nice/luxurious hotels like the Oberoi/Ritz/Four Seasons/BayanTree etc...however, I must admit Aleenta Phuket had left a very deep, wonderful & fond memories.

We'd stayed at the Ocean Loft of Aleenta Phuket 16th-20th Nov for part of our honeymoon trip and were indeed awed by Aleenta.

Though this is our 3rd time to Phuket and had been to Maldives just before this trip, Aleenta win hands down. The rooms, food, staff, everything were great and exceeded our expectations tremendously.

Your staff were always friendly, approachable and ready to help and made us feel pampered during our stay there.

We just came back from a great escape in Thailand and experience it was. We stayed at the small and intimate Aleenta resort and we were blown away. The service was the best I have experienced in a long time and I have stayed at the Amanpuri in Phuket and Four Seasons in Chiang Mai, Attentive, luxurious, detailed and a feel of home made us want more and more.

The resident manager there who recently came has a lot of international experience and has managed to capture many small unique things that you do not get in other hotels. I'll give you an example: every day at 6 pm we received a small something from the Chef to bite on, kind of like to open the appetite... that's great, we got personalised cards HAND WRITTEN... if you are looking to get away from Bangkok (yack) and enjoy the fresh air and relax, have excepional food and a real good atmosphere, head down there, they will welcome you very warmely and take great care of your needs... all the friends we met there, and they are always full, said they have never had such a great experience.

I highly recommend! Enjoy!

We stayed at Aleenta May 2005 for 5 days and would highly recommend the property. It was a great experience from start to finish. Emails were replied to prompty and the staff at Aleenta were helpful and first rate. We stayed in a Pool Villa beachfront and loved the fact you could fling open the doors for indoor outdoor flow. No TV, Perfect, let's listen to some music provided by Aleenta. We watched a buddist wedding on the beach, feb. Had lunch in front of our villa, set up under an awning right on the beach, a candlelit dinner served beside our little private pool. Tapas on our last night for dinner on the beach by lamp and candlelight. We booked a package via the website and it was good value for money. The rooms were exactly as advertised, the property beautiful, We enjoyed the green lights of the squid boats at night on the horizon and watching the local Thai dig for clams on the beach. This is life. The restaurant was very good with a different menu every night. Good massage at the spa. We hope to return again next year.

This is our second time to Aleenta and it was as great as we remembered it to be. The sound of the waves, the wonderful moonlight nights and the fantastic sea breeze made it all possible.

As I write I sitting at my doorway with a strong sea breeze blowing my hair into a great mess with Aleenta CD in the background.
