How far is the resort from Phuket Intl. Airport?
Aleenta Resort & Spa, Phuket - Phangnga is located just 20 minutes North of Phuket International Airport
Does the resort arrange airport transfer?
Airport transfers can be arranged directly with the Hotel with rates starting from THB 1,000++ each way. Aleenta transfers include cold towels and bottled water for your convenience. Luxury Limousine transfer are also available.
How much does a local taxi from the airport to the resort cost?
Local taxis are available from the airport to the hotel and start at approximately THB 700 one way
How much does a local taxi to Phuket towns major attractions cost?
Depending on your preferred location, local Taxi's cost between THB 2000 to 2500 for a 5 hour round trip.
How far is Aleenta from Patong Beach, Surin Beach, and cost of transfer?
Aleenta is located on a quiet stretch of beach away from the hustle & bustle, but easily within reach. Patong beach is approximately 60 minutes & resort transfers start at 1500++ one way with round trips at 2700++. Surin beach located just 40 minutes away with transfers starting at 1300++ one way, round trip 2400++. Waiting time is 3 hours.

Activities
What activities are available within the resort?
Aleenta employs a Full Time Yoga Master and Activities staff. Daily complimentary activities are available from 8:00am-09:00am and 5:30pm – to 6:30pm. Activities vary daily and include breathing exercises, meditation, basic yoga, younger yoga, yoga energy, tai chi, Thai boxing, power walking, stretching. We also have a fully equipped gymnasium which is open from 7:00am – 10:00pm
Where can we go diving?
Thailand is renowned for its magical waters. Diving can be booked direct through the resort and features dives to Phi Phi Island, Similian Island, Koh Kai & Racha.
Do you offer cooking classes? When and how much?
Cooking classes are available daily with our Thai Chef and can be taught in the comfort of your own room (Villa’s & Residences). For guests staying in the resort side, classes are taught in our Award Winning Chef’s Table Restaurant. 2 Course THB 2850++, 3 Course THB 3,250++ & 4 Course THB 4,000++.Each class features a guided tour of the local market.
Do you offer yoga classes? When and how much?
Our Resident Yoga Master is available daily to teach the mystic art of Yoga. Whether you are a beginner or advanced, he can tailor classes to your specific needs. Private yoga classes are available 2000thb++ pp per hour.
What restaurants and bars are within walking distance from the resort?
Due to our serene and peaceful location, local restaurants and bars are limited. Please contact us to find out more about what we recommend.
Where is the nearest shopping mall?
Phuket is a shopper’s paradise with many bargains to be found and many international name brand stores. Central Festival in Phuket is located just 45 minutes away and Jungceylon in Patong Beach is 60 minutes away.
Does the resort offer Watersports activities?
At the resort we offer Boogie boards & snorkeling directly off the beach. Many other water sports activities such as Jet Skiing, Boats/Yachts, Diving, Parasailing etc can be arranged via our Concierge.
Where are the nearest night life places?
Phuket is known for its colorful night life with Patong being the main tourist nightlife center. Patong is just 60 minutes away. For a quieter time Surin Beach 40 minutes away also offers some trendy hotel spots and local bars.
KA Spa
What treatments are offered and what are the opening hours?
Aleenta’s Ka Spa is Open daily from 9am to 9pm. Offering a full range of Spa treatments from Traditional Thai massage, Thai facial, Aromatherapy massage, Wraps, Scrubs and other selected body treatments & beauty treatments.
How much do the spa treatments cost?
Treatments are priced individually or in packages from THB 500++ – THB 7,400++
Can pregnant woman enjoy spa treatments? Do you have any special treatments for pregnant ladies?
Please contact our supervisor or spa receptionist for advice on treatments that are safe to enjoy during pregnancy. You may wish to avoid booking treatments that involve the use of essentials oils. Massage or stimulating treatments are not recommended during the first three months of pregnancy.

Aleenta features 3 Restaurant & 3 Bars: Aleenta Restaurant featuring Thai, Asian & European cuisine and serving Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner daily; Sunset Lounge serving Lunch, Dinner and your favorite cocktails daily and our Award Winning Chef’s Table Restaurant featuring a daily changing European menu – not to be missed! In-room dining is also available daily.
What are the opening hours?
Aleenta Restaurant: 07:00am – 11:00pm / Sunset Lounge: 10:00am – 11:00pm / Chef’s Table: Mon-Sat 7:00pm – 11:00pm / Room Service: 7:00am – 11:00pm
What sort of cuisine is available?
Thai, Asian & European. We also feature a Detox and Spa Well Being menu for those looking for healthy alternatives.
Do you offer vegetarian cuisine?
Yes, with many items featured on our Detox & Spa Well Being menus. Our Chef is also happy to prepare any special meals based on dietary requirements.
Do you offer private dinners or BBQs?
Yes, Private Romantic Candlelight Dinners or Beach BBQ’s for family & friends can be arranged on the beach or in your Suite/Villa. Bookings are essential and subject to weather.

Are kids allowed?
Aleenta welcomes children over the age of 12 at the main complex
and welcomes children of all ages at the residences and villas.
Do you provide any activities for kids?
Yes, coconut bowling, Frisbee tossing, balloon game, picture painting, card making, and many more.
Do you offer baby sitting service, if so, what is the cost?
Our qualified and friendly babysitting services are available at a rate of THB 500.00++ per hour
Do you have public swimming pool?
Aleenta does not have a public pool. Some room types share access to a large common pool, while all other suites feature there own private pool.

How far away is the nearest doctor/clinic/hospital?
Thai Muang Private Clinic is located just 25 minutes from the resort, whilst Bangkok Phuket Hospital is 40 minutes away. Doctors can be called to the resort (additional fees apply) if requested.
What is the weather like in Phuket and when is the monsoon season?
The Rainy Season in Phuket is from mid-May to mid-November where temperatures range from 23-32 degrees C (74-91 degrees F). During this time it is quite common for it to rain for several days; however the days it does not rain are beautiful.
Is it safe to swim in the sea?
The sea in front of Aleenta is very safe to swim in although like anywhere we do advice caution as we do not have a life guard.
Do you have any staff speaking other languages than Thai and English?
Aleenta has a multi-cultural team that speak German, French, Dutch, Philipino & Hindi
Do you organize weddings?
Weddings at Aleenta are a very special experience. We have wedding packages available; however we also tailor design weddings to your specific requirements. Please contact weddings@aleenta.com for more information.
