All above rates are in Thai Baht and subject to 10% service charge, 7% VAT and include daily breakfast at the Aleenta Restaurant in the privacy of your room/villa. Rates for rooms and residences are based on double occupancy, except for two and three bedroom units, where rates are based on an occupancy of 4 to max 6 guests. Additional adult in any room is Baht 2,000++ per night including breakfast. Additional child from 6 years to 12 years is Baht 750++ per night including breakfast. Children below 6 years are free including breakfast. Check-in time is 14.00h and check-out time is 12.00 noon. Rates are subject to change without prior notice.

Low Season No cancellation fee if booking cancelled up to 3 days prior to arrival date. 1 night cancellation fee if booking cancelled within 3 days of arrival date. 2 days cancellation fee in case of no show on day of arrival. Peak Season No cancellation fee if booking cancelled up to 45 days prior to arrival date. 3 nights cancellation fee if booking cancelled within 45 days of arrival date. Cancellation fee equivalent to full stay in case of now show on the day of arrival.
