- Rates for rooms and residences are based on double
occupancy, except for two and three bedroom units, where
rates are based on an occupancy of max. 6 guests. Additional
adult in any room is charged at Baht 2,000++ per night
including breakfast.
- Additional child from 6 years to 12 years is charged
at Baht 750++ per night including breakfast. Children
below 6 years are free including breakfast.
- Check-in time is 14.00h and check-out time is 12.00
noon.

Terms and conditions
A valid credit card with name of card holder, number,
expiry date and security code is required to guarantee your booking.
A full deposit is required for all stays during Peak Season.
Cancellation Policy
High Season
No cancellation fee if booking cancelled up to 10 days prior to arrival date.
1 night cancellation fee if booking cancelled within 10 days of arrival date.
2 days cancellation fee in case of no show on day of arrival.
Low Season
No cancellation fee if booking cancelled up to 3 days prior to arrival date.
1 night cancellation fee if booking cancelled within 3 days of arrival date.
2 days cancellation fee in case of no show on day of arrival.
Peak Season
No cancellation fee if booking cancelled up to 45 days prior to arrival date.
3 nights cancellation fee if booking cancelled within 45 days of arrival date.
Cancellation fee equivalent to full stay in case of now show on the day of arrival.
