Aleenta Villas Phase 1 is now completely sold out. Our Phase I villas, consisting of 5 beachfront villas and 10 Ocean View Residences are now completely sold after 12 months.

 

Aleenta Villas Phase II, launched late last year, and consists of 6 grand villas that are due for completion at the end of this year. There is only 1 Villa still available for sale. Phase II villas are located a mere 800 meters north of Phase I and will continue to enjoy professional management and maintenance from the Aleenta Team.
