Chaque plat a \u00e9t\u00e9 soigneusement cr\u00e9\u00e9 avec la sant\u00e9 au c\u0153ur \u2013 inspir\u00e9 par le bien-\u00eatre, la conservation et les saveurs de la cuisine traditionnelle Lanna du nord de la Tha\u00eflande ainsi que par la cuisine occidentale et les grillades avec une touche Lanna. Un v\u00e9ritable concept de la ferme \u00e0 la table s'approvisionnant aupr\u00e8s d'agriculteurs et de producteurs que nous connaissons et en qui nous avons confiance.
