Yoga and mindfulness sessions at Aleenta Phuket offer guests the possibility to engage with movement, breath and meditation during their stay. Practices take place at the yoga pavilion, by the beach, or in the privacy of a guest villa.
The Yoga & Mindfulness Menu presents a selection of guided sessions including yoga practices, breathing exercises and meditation. Some sessions focus on gentle movement and mobility, others on breath awareness, relaxation or quiet meditation. Guests can choose individual sessions according to their interests and rhythm during their stay. For guests wishing to explore these practices more deeply, dedicated programs are available through the Companion Yoga Retreat, the Mind Balance and Self Love Retreat, and the Deep Reset Retreat, where yoga and mindfulness form part of a structured retreat experience within the AYURAH concept.
