Sessions may include personal fitness training, Muay Thai practice, Pilates or Tai Chi, adapted to different levels and individual goals.
For guests seeking a deeper and more structured training approach, dedicated programs are available through the Muay Thai Camp, the Executive True Vitality Retreat, and the Fitness & Weight Management Retreat, where physical training forms part of a comprehensive retreat program within the AYURAH concept.
