Ayurah wellness consultation

Where Your Retreat Truly Starts

Every AYURAH retreat is tailored to the individual. Before arrival, a health and lifestyle assessment helps shape your journey. Onsite, a 30-minute consultation with our integrative medicine physician explores your nutrition, recovery, movement, and daily habits. This consultation provides wellness guidance and does not replace medical diagnosis or treatment.

Diagnostics

Understanding begins with clarity.

Some questions about your health are best answered with precision. Blood samples collected onsite, analysed by a certified external laboratory. Choose from an Advanced Check Up, Micronutrient Profile or Female Hormonal Assessment. Additional tests can be arranged on request.

Laboratory Panels & Individual Tests

A general laboratory assessment covering key metabolic and organ function markers.
Complete blood count (CBC), fasting blood glucose, HbA1c, lipid profile (total cholesterol, triglycerides, HDL, LDL), liver markers (total protein, total bilirubin, AST, ALT, ALP, GGT), kidney markers (BUN, creatinine), uric acid, hsCRP, thyroid markers (TSH, fT3, fT4), and urinalysis.

An extended profile assessing selected vitamins, antioxidants, minerals and trace elements.
Vitamin A, vitamin E, vitamin C, vitamin B12, vitamin B9, vitamin D, coenzyme Q10, lutein, zeaxanthin, beta-cryptoxanthin, lycopene, alpha-carotene, beta-carotene, chromium, copper, selenium, zinc, magnesium, and ferritin.

A focused hormonal assessment in the context of female endocrine balance.
LH, FSH, estradiol (E2), progesterone, free testosterone, DHEA-S, SHBG, prolactin.

The Metabolic Breath Analysis is a non-invasive assessment performed while the guest is seated and relaxed. By analysing oxygen and carbon dioxide in the breath, it reveals how effectively the body uses oxygen and which fuel source it relies on at rest. A healthy metabolism uses fat as its main fuel during rest. If carbohydrate metabolism dominates, this may relate to factors such as movement, nutrition, chronic stress or inflammation. Within AYURAH, this insight supports personalisation during the wellness consultation.

In weight management, BIA offers a clearer picture than body weight alone. A change in weight may reflect shifts in body water, fat mass or fat-free mass. BIA uses bioelectrical impedance to estimate these different compartments, giving a more differentiated view of body composition and allowing meaningful follow-up over time.

Further laboratory tests can be arranged individually on request.
