  • two wellness sessions: one class from the resort schedule and one further activity chosen for your retreat;
  • three meals, comfort or wellness-oriented;
  • wellness and herbal refreshments through the day;

The Rest Retreat

Rest is for slowing down. Alongside your daily sessions and treatment, it includes a morning at the local market and an organic farm, a visit to Khao Kalok Temple for a blessing and alms to the monks, a healthy cooking class and a beachfront barbecue dinner.

The Active Retreat

Active is for guests who want to move every day. It includes cycling to Khao Kalok and the hike up to the Khao Kalok Hill lookout, a cycling tour to Sam Roi Yot National Park, Muay Thai training, and canoeing or stand-up paddleboarding. Cycling to Phraya Nakhon Cave, with the hike up to it, can be added for an additional fee.

The Nature Retreat

Nature takes you into the landscapes south of Hua Hin. It includes Sam Roi Yot National Park, with the Bueng Bua lotus pond boardwalk and a longtail boat through the Khao Daeng mangroves, Pa La-U Waterfall and Pranburi Mangrove Forest Park.

AYURAH and the Middle Path

AYURAH is Aleenta's integrated wellness concept, built on the Middle Path: life lived in balance across work and rest, movement and recovery, nourishment and enjoyment, and personal goals and connection with others. In Pranburi you meet it in a simple daily shape: your sessions, good food and a treatment every day.

The team includes yoga masters and traditional Thai medicine practitioners, and an Ayurvedic specialist visits as a guest master.

Travelling with someone

A partner or friend who shares your room and does not join the programme stays with you at no charge for the programme. A half-board or full-board meal plan can be added for them. Transport to and from the resort is arranged separately.

Plan your retreat

Write to the AYURAH team at [email protected] with your dates and the retreat you are drawn to, and the team will send you a proposal for your dates. You can also see room availability on the online booking page or read more about Aleenta Hua Hin–Pranburi.
