E/R/N is the hotel's restaurant, 77.8 sqm. From 12.00 it can be reserved for your group alone, so your discussion stays private. For a working session it takes a U-shape for 24 or a classroom for 21. It seats 40 for lunch or dinner and takes up to 60 for a standing reception.
The projector, screen, flipcharts, TV, microphone, speakers, Wi-Fi and drinking water are included in every meeting package. Set-up starts from 12.00, with the timing agreed with the restaurant team.
Meeting packages
Every package is for 10 people or more and includes the room and the equipment above.
- Half-day meeting, 12.00 to 19.00: one coffee break and one set meal.
- Full-day meeting, 12.00 to 22.00: two coffee breaks and one set meal.
- Dinner meeting, 16.00 to 21.00: one coffee break and a set dinner created by the Chef.
The set meal is a starter, a main course and seasonal fruit, Thai or Western. The coffee break is coffee, tea, assorted pastries and seasonal fruit.
Business lunches
A lunch on its own is a Thai or Western set menu of two or three courses, for groups of 10 or more. Each guest chooses one dish per course.
The Thai menu includes tom yum goong, tom kha gai and green curry, followed by dishes such as pad kra pao gai with jasmine rice and a fried egg. The Western menu includes cream of pumpkin soup and Caesar salad, followed by poached chicken breast with cauliflower purée, spaghetti carbonara, or a vegetarian cauliflower steak with chimichurri. Halal, vegetarian and allergy needs are prepared on request.
The same set menus are served for dinner. The last order for food and drinks is at 21.30 and the event closes at 22.00.
