Who the camp suits
The camp welcomes beginners starting Muay Thai and experienced guests refining technique. Your trainer sets each session to your level, your training history and how you are recovering.
Move leads. Rest, Detox, Enrich and Guidance stay present through the daily treatment, the food, the body readings and your first conversation with the Wellness Director.
A typical day
The sample day begins with the first Muay Thai session at 08.30 and breakfast at 09.30. Yoga for flexibility and active regeneration follows at 11.00. Lunch is at 12.30, the second Muay Thai session begins at 15.00 and a Deep Tissue Massage is at 17.00. Dinner is at 19.00, before the Sleep Turndown Ritual at 21.00.
Your own schedule is written from a short questionnaire you complete before you arrive, and it is sent to you before you travel. On your first day you sit down with our Wellness Director, a medical doctor with extensive clinical experience specialising in integrative health. From there your retreat host adjusts training and recovery to how your body responds.

Training and the Thai context
Every stay includes a History of Muay Thai and Wai Kru session, so you learn the ritual and lineage behind the practice as well as the technique.
Your trainers work with beginners and experienced practitioners alike. For extra technical focus, advanced one-to-one coaching with a Muay Thai champion can be added.
What changes over five, seven and ten nights
Five nights includes two body composition readings, one Metabolic Breath Analysis and five daily treatments. It also includes the History of Muay Thai and Wai Kru session, one guided cardio nature hike and one ice bath.
Seven nights adds a second Metabolic Breath Analysis, seven daily treatments and a second ice bath.
Ten nights includes three body composition readings, two Metabolic Breath Analyses and ten daily treatments, with two guided cardio nature hikes and three ice baths.
Recovery is part of the camp
Two Muay Thai sessions a day is a real training load. Yoga and mobility work keep you flexible, the daily massage works on what the training has loaded, and the ice baths and the Sleep Turndown Ritual set the recovery rhythm.
Between sessions you have your villa, your pool and the beach.
Should you wish: private coaching
