Uttama Kirit Patel

Narrative Coach & Psychology Practitioner

The Rewrite Experience (also offered as Rewrite Your Story)

Uttama Kirit Patel is an author, editor, and postgraduate in social and developmental psychology from the University of Cambridge. Her work explores the profound ways in which the stories we tell ourselves shape identity, self-worth, and growth. She is the founder of a literary magazine and the author of the novel Shape of an Apostrophe. Her writings have appeared in Vogue, BBC, The Tribune, LitHub, and The Times of India, where she continues to examine themes of family, culture, and belonging. As an adoptive mother who has lived in twelve cities across three continents, Uttama brings a global perspective and deep empathy to her practice.

Her sessions invite participants to uncover the hidden narratives that hold them back and gently reshape them into stories of resilience, intention, and authenticity.

At Ayurah Wellness, she leads The Rewrite Experience — a private guided journey using journaling prompts, mindful reflection, and the craft of storytelling. Guests are encouraged to reframe old perspectives, evaluate the language of self, and reconnect with their inner voice, leaving with a renewed sense of clarity and empowerment.

Agustín immersed himself in the teachings of the Arya Marga Institute for Applied Yogic Research under Shri Roshan Palat and the Naga lineage—an ancient monastic community devoted to the mastery of Hatha Yoga. His studies led to initiation into Tantra, including the 6 Yogas of Naropa and the Kriyas of Vajrayogini, traditions that weave together discipline, energy, and profound self-discovery.

With more than 1,300 hours of certified training, his foundation is both broad and deep, spanning:
  • Hatha Yoga & Ashtanga (200 hours, Rishikesh)
  • Pancha Tattva Asana Kriya Yoga (500 heures : Hatha, Mantra-Prana, Leya, Raja-Samadhi)

International Experience Agustín has taught extensively across Europe and South America, guiding students of all ages and levels. In Italy, he has led classes at Capovaticano Resort Thalasso & Spa, Baia del Sole Resort, Villa York Sporting Club, and Forum Sport Center Roma, offering practices in Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, Yin Yoga, Power Yoga, meditation, pranayama, and Yoga Nidra. He has also taught in Argentina at Sportclub Buenos Aires, and most recently at Florence’s leading studios, The 22 Collective and Moodra Yoga Studio.

Fluent in Spanish, English, and Italian, Agustín seamlessly connects with Aleenta’s international community of guests, bridging cultures while staying rooted in authentic yogic tradition.

Enseigner la philosophie
For Agustín, yoga is more than a physical discipline—it is a complete system for human evolution. He sees it as a path of deconstruction and self-rediscovery, guiding students back to their deepest nature. His teaching blends the practical—asana, pranayama, kriya, tantra—with the philosophical, drawing from timeless texts like the Hatha Yoga Pradipika, Raja Yoga, and Bhagavad Gita.

At Aleenta
