Dally Sharma
Lead Wellness Facilitator, Ayurah Retreats
Hailing from Rishikesh—the sacred birthplace of yoga—Dally Sharma embodies a lifetime of dedication to holistic wellbeing. Her journey began not in a studio, but in a traditional ashram on the banks of the Ganges, where she immersed herself in yogic philosophy, discipline, and the deep spiritual teachings of a mindful life. Dally is a Yoga Alliance certified teacher with a dynamic skillset spanning Ashtanga (Primary and Intermediate Series), Hatha, Yin, Vinyasa, Aerial Yoga, and prenatal yoga. Her sessions go beyond movement—integrating pranayama, mantra chanting, meditation, and energy work including Reiki and sound healing to help guests unlock deep states of restoration and clarity. She has led transformative experiences at leading wellness resorts in the Maldives and Mauritius, served as a key presenter at the Denpasar Yoga Festival, and taught clients across age groups and backgrounds. Her presence is calm yet magnetic, combining warmth with extraordinary skill. Whether guiding a beach sunrise flow, a candlelit meditation, or a healing ritual, Dally creates a safe, inspiring space for transformation. Master Wit is a distinguished holistic wellness practitioner, internationally certified 1,000-hour Yoga Instructor and 500-hour Certified Tantra Yoga Teacher, and a dedicated Happy Life Coach. With over two decades of personal practice and professional experience, he is renowned for his integrative approach to mind-body healing and personal transformation. Rooted in the principles of self-love, mindfulness, and compassionate inquiry, Master Wit combines Trauma-Informed Somatic Practices, advanced yoga philosophy, and Eastern healing traditions to guide individuals toward emotional, physical, and spiritual balance. His unique methodology weaves together yoga, qigong, tantra, energy healing, and contemplative meditation, offering guests a path to self-discovery and deep inner peace. Master Wit’s sessions and workshops—ranging from chakra realignment, somatic healing, and tantra yoga, to Full Moon Cacao Ceremonies—are carefully designed to empower guests to reconnect with their authentic selves and embrace holistic well-being.

Alan Lowne
Master of Personalised Fitness & Metabolic Performance
Alan Lowne brings over two decades of expertise in personal training, sports massage, and remedial therapy, having qualified in 2005.
Formerly a Senior Personal Trainer and Lifestyle Adviser at the fitness centre of a leading global investment bank, Alan provided tailored wellness solutions for clients ranging from those seeking weight loss to competitive marathon runners. His success in this role led him to establish INFORMED FITNESS, a boutique wellness practice in Central London offering bespoke programmes designed around the revolutionary Metabolic Profiling system, known for delivering remarkable results in weight management and performance enhancement. Alan also designs gentle, structured fitness programmes for pre- and post-natal women, and integrates specialized sessions to support the prevention and alleviation of back pain, making his approach truly comprehensive. An accomplished athlete himself, Alan completed his first Ironman triathlon in 10 hours and 52 minutes and continues to participate in endurance events including marathons and triathlons. His hands-on experience as a high-performance athlete enhances his understanding of physical conditioning and recovery at every level. In addition to his private practice, Alan has also led various retreats, delivering transformative wellness experiences at exclusive locations across Europe and Morocco.

Kru Chay
Muay Thai Champion
Born in 1983, Kru Chay has been passionate about Muay Thai since childhood. With over 95 professional matches, he has competed on some of Thailand’s most prestigious stages, including Lumpinee Stadium and Ratchadamnoen Stadium in Bangkok. He has also fought for regional championships at Ratchadamnoen Stadium and proudly holds the title of Muay Thai Champion of the Southern Region. Kru Chay’s talent has taken him to international Muay Thai competitions, where he gained recognition as a rising star in the sport. Beyond Muay Thai, he has also represented Thailand as a Youth National Athlete, competing in national bodybuilding championships and various international events in Bangkok and Pattaya. He further showcased his skills on the global stage, ranking fifth in Muay Thai competitions held in Malaysia and China.

John Bennett
Sports Scientist & Performance Coach
John Bennett is a former University Professor at Thammasat University in Sports Science and worked with Exeter University in the UK, where he used to lecture in Nutrition and Exercise. John now specializes in ‘The Science of Health & Wellness’, helping the average person lead a healthier lifestyle through a scientific approach to Nutrition + Exercise. Combined with his coaching qualifications and 40 years’ experience in the industry, John has coached complete Newbies to Elite athletes; and helped clients aged 16-80 to be more active, healthier and lose significant body fat. John was a professional cyclist in the 1980’s, now 58, he recently cycled 3417km solo around Phuket in 21 days raising 500,000 Bahts for poverty in Phuket, proving age doesn’t matter. The key to that success was correct Nutrition, using scientific techniques, which ‘take away the guess work’, and staying in his ‘Focus Bubble’, a psychological technique to stay on track for health, fitness and nutrition goals.

Patricia Thielemann
Yoga-Coach
Patricia Thielemann is the founder of the Spirit Yoga Studios (2004) and the Spirit Yoga Academy (2005) in Berlin, Germany. With the modern, dynamic, and free-spirited Spirit Yoga style she developed, she has significantly influenced the German yoga scene. Patricia Thielemann is the author of several books and regularly speaks at international conferences. In addition to her work as a yoga pioneer, Patricia has completed a multi-year training as a spiritual counselor at the EKBO (Evangelical Church of Berlin-Brandenburg) and has many years of experience in using yoga for stress reduction, dealing with grief processes, and strengthening resilience. She also writes a twice-monthly column titled “Health Begins in the Mind” for the renowned financial magazine “Das Handelsblatt.

Our 4-day / 3-night stay was just not enough to take in all the amazing food, wellness consultations, service, and kind hospitality extended by Noo and his phenomenal team. Sanya’s wellness classes of yoga, sound bowl meditation, and chakra reading were really on point, we haven’t had such spiritual healing and advice before from a previous yoga instructor. She helped us zen out completely!

Amazing property on one of the most beautiful beaches in Thailand. The team is very friendly and go out of their way to provide a top-level service. The Yoga instructor is one of the best! Fantastic spa and a very usable Gym. Good therapists and a varied spa menu, with even CBD products for sale. A range of wellness retreats too!
