Aleenta Part of Green Leaf Foundation

Aleenta Phuket Resort & Spa is proud to be part of the Green Leaf Foundation.

The Green Leaf Program for hotels under the Green Leaf Foundation is the first step in the development of environmental quality for the tourism industry. The Green Leaf Programs are organized by BEPTA, which has completed environmental practical checklists for hotels for the environmental assessment and to be audited by the BEPTA’s appointed Audit team.

The Green Leaf Foundation has confidence in the efforts of hotel owners, operators, and their business partners in working collaboratively towards the betterment in managing the environmentally quality for the prosperity and sustainability of the industry and the country.

Aleenta Phuket’s Commitment to the Environment

Aleenta Phuket Resort & Spa has been committed to environmentally friendly tourism and sustainability from the very first day of opening and continues to improve every year.

In early 2020, Aleenta Phuket implemented an energy efficiency and renewable energy project to compliment our sustainable eco-resort practices. This project reduces energy consumption, energy costs, and demonstrate the Group’s continued commitment to environmental conservation, all while enhancing guest comfort and delivering an improved guest experience at our most exclusive luxury beach resorts on Natai beach.

The Resort also signed the UNESCO Sustainable Tourism Pledge in partnership with the Expedia Group and the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT).
