Aleenta chefs combine the finest local produce and seasonal ingredients and cook each dish to perfection. Freshest ingredients, sourcing where possible from local farmers and fishermen, organically grown and free of pesticides are at the heart of our cuisine.

Barley Greek Salad
Organic barley, feta cheese, roasted heirloom tomatoes, red onion, kalamata olive, bell pepper.

Hummus Taco
Crispy corn taco shell, butter head lettuce, hummus, shallot, confit tomato.

‘Well’ Gazpacho
Heirloom tomato, cucumber, bell pepper and herbs served with crispy vegetables.

Warm ‘Well’ Vichyssoise
Sweet potato, leeks, cumin, nutty corn pancakes.

Teriyaki Tofu
Wok sauteed tofu, broccoli, carrots, roasted cherry tomatoes, sesame, organic berry rice.

Baked Cauliflower Pizzaila
Cauliflower, roasted tomato, basil, parmesan cheese, mozzarella, pine-nuts.

Vegan Burger
Lentils patty, organic whole wheat bun, vegan mayonnaise, English mustard, sweet potato fries.

Lotus Root & Vegies Mild Vegan Curry
Fresh lotus root, asparagus, spinach, pumpkin, coconut milk, sambal curry, rice berry.

Vegan Pumpkin Cheesecake
Organic butter squash, raw cashew, medjool date, maple syrup, vanilla seeds, coconut whipped cream.

Chia Pudding
White chocolate, organic chia seeds, coconut milk, yellow mango.

Dairy Free Coconut Yogurt Tart
Raw walnut, prunes, probiotic vegan coconut yogurt, citrus zest, maple syrup.

Raw Chocolate Tart
Siamaya 35% (thai local produced) dark chocolate, passion/chia jam, raw cacao nibs, hazelnut, cashew, raisins.

Wheatgrass Sorbet
Wheat grass jus & protein, kiwi, pineapple, coconut flowers syrup.

Pak Nam Pran Fruit Salad
Organic tropical fruit selection in pandan & stevia syrup.
