Complimentary wellness activities and classes are available for all staying guests at Aleenta Phuket Resort & Spa.

Wellness Schedule

Monday Wellness

• 8:30am – 9:41am: Hatha Yoga
• 3:30pm – 4:00pm: Meditation Class

Tuesday Wellness

• 8:30am – 9:15am: Yoga & Breathing Exercise
• 3:30pm – 4:00pm: Sound Healing

Wednesday Wellness

• 8:30am – 9:15am: Introduction to Muay Thai
• 3:30pm – 4:00pm: Circuit Training

Thursday Wellness

• 8:30am – 9:15am: Pilates
• 3:30pm – 4:00pm: Full Body Stretching

Friday Wellness

• 8:30am – 9:15am: Introduction to Muay Thai
• 3:30pm – 4:30pm: Muay Thai Challenge (at THB1,500++ per person)

Saturday Wellness

• 8:30am – 9:15am: Bootcamp Training
• 3:30pm – 4:30pm: Bootcamp Challenge (at THB1,500++ per person)

Sunday Wellness

• 8:30am – 9:15am: Hatha Yoga
• 3:30pm – 4:00pm: Restorative Yoga & Breath Work

Yoga classes shown on this schedule are mostly free-of-charge for the first two classes; attendance to further group classes is available at THB 800++ per class.

Guests may book Private Yoga Therapy to receive additional one-on-one instruction, at a time to suit their needs.
The fee for private instruction is THB 1900++.
