Easter in Phuket for Family Fun and Adventure - Aleenta Phuket Resort & Spa

Families looking to escape to the sun this Easter can find the perfect child friendly retreat at the Aleenta Phuket Resort in Phang Nga, Thailand.

Set on the pristine Natai Beach, fondly known as ‘The Hamptons of Phuket’, the all suites-all private resort is designed to offer ultimate privacy and the opportunity to spend quality time together. Guests can relax in a private villa with large dining and living areas, sun-drenched decks and en-suite bedrooms means there is ample space for all the family to unwind. Each villa also has private pool access just steps away, ideal for children to splash to their heart’s content.

During the day, the ‘Explorers’ Club’ has a stimulating programme range of gadget-free activities seven days a week for children aged 18 months to 10 years. Fully qualified teachers lead a choice of 45 age-appropriate activities including Muay Thai, yoga, Thai dance, batik painting, chocolate making and educational classes at the resort’s celebrated turtle sanctuary. This leaves parents free to relax by the pool, take part in a boot camp session or enjoy treatments at the transformative Ayurah Wellness Centre. For adventurers of all ages, bicycles are also available for families to explore the ancient temples, hidden waterfalls and local markets of Phang Nga together.

In the evenings, children’s ‘Pyjama Movie Nights’ mean that as they enjoy the latest cinema hits, adults can indulge in the resort’s fine dining at The Edge beachfront restaurant. A professional nanny service is also available. In-room iPod docks and complimentary Wi-Fi help the whole family unwind at the end of a fun-packed day.

Explore Phang Nga Bay

An early departure from our Phang Nga Resort will allow you to enjoy the peaceful marine surroundings of Phang Nga Bay and take photos before other visitors arrive.

After enjoying the island sights, you are whisked away to Hong Island where you can kayak on a stunning emerald green lagoon at your leisure. As you gently paddle around, you’ll witness beautiful birds and sleek, silver fish in their natural habitat. The Phang Nga Bay tour then continues with a visit to spectacular Lagoon Cave and Diamond Cave on Panak Island before returning you to the resort to enjoy the rest of your day and evening.

Speedboats and longboats are the best way to navigate Phang Nga Bay and its surroundings. To experience authentic village life, take a day trip to Panyi Village. A short trip from Phang Nga, Panyi is a moderate-sized village built on wooden stilts. Panyi offers a great way to be immersed in Thai life. A fishing village, travellers will find that trade on full display. The sights, sounds, and smells on Panyi are typical of Thai villages, and visitors will enjoy navigating labyrinthine alleys and tasting local fare.
