Basil contains disease-fighting anti-oxidants, acts as an anti-inflammatory, fights cancer and promotes cardiovascular health.

Thai Coriander is very low in calories and contains no cholesterol. However, its deep-green leaves possess beneficial amounts of antioxidants, essential oils, vitamins, and dietary fiber, which can help reduce LDL or “bad cholesterol” levels in the blood.

Chive is a nutrient-dense food source. This means they are low in calories but high in beneficial nutrients like vitamins, minerals and antioxidants.

Lemongrass is good for digestion and full of anti-oxidants. It also regulates high blood pressure and helps cure cold and flu symptoms.
