Patricia Thielemann
Yoga-Coach
Patricia Thielemann is the founder of the Spirit Yoga Studios (2004) and the Spirit Yoga Academy (2005) in Berlin, Germany. With the modern, dynamic, and free-spirited Spirit Yoga style she developed, she has significantly influenced the German yoga scene. Patricia Thielemann is the author of several books and regularly speaks at international conferences. In addition to her work as a yoga pioneer, Patricia has completed a multi-year training as a spiritual counselor at the EKBO (Evangelical Church of Berlin-Brandenburg) and has many years of experience in using yoga for stress reduction, dealing with grief processes, and strengthening resilience.

Bettina Hartmann

Bettina Hartmann is a long-time Spirit Yoga mentor teacher, Ayurveda coach, and Ayurveda cook. She is particularly passionate about the preventive and therapeutic aspects of Yoga: back yoga, yoga therapy, yoga for women in all stages of life, and Ayurveda.

Plant-based Nutritionist And Chef
Chef Luca is a renowned culinary artist with a passion for plant-based food. With nearly three decades of experience, he has worked in various esteemed kitchens worldwide, including Aman Resorts in Thailand. Luca’s journey began in Italy, where he honed his skills as the sous chef at the Michelin-starred restaurant ‘Pernice e la Gallina’ under the guidance of Master Chef Marco Fadiga.
His extensive travels across London, India, and Thailand have deepened his understanding of Asian and Mediterranean cuisines. Luca’s expertise goes beyond traditional plant-based fare, as he artfully plates dishes that are both satisfying and visually stunning.
Now leading the cuisine-team at Aleenta Phuket – The SEASONS, a plant-based restaurant, Luca is responsible for creating the menu and preparing vibrant and healthy food. He takes joy in sharing his culinary knowledge with retreat guests, teaching them the wonders of preparing, cooking, and serving plant-based cuisine.

Kanchalika Meesuk
Master Healer
Meet Khun Lak, our esteemed resident Master Healer, bringing over 18 years of expertise in the spa, wellness, and hospitality sectors. With an Alternative Medicine License and a specialization in traditional Thai medicine, Khun Lak is dedicated to holistic healing.
Combining her knowledge of Thai medicine, oriental healing massage therapies, Tibetan and crystal sound healing, as well as “four elements” and chakra balancing,
Khun Lak offers a comprehensive approach to wellness. She seamlessly integrates healthy eating, natural herbs, and bodywork techniques such as bone setting, Thai massage, acupressure, and passive stretching. Her focus lies in optimizing the body’s movement pathways, including tendons, ligaments, nerves, and circulatory vessels.
During the retreats, Khun Lak provides transformative holistic healing therapy. At the beginning of each session, she conducts an “Ayurah Wellness Assessment” to understand each guest’s unique needs and recommends personalized treatments and activities accordingly. With her profound understanding of the body and its energy, Khun Lak’s healing touch and tailored approach ensure a revitalizing and rejuvenating experience for all.
